I’ve used this company for years but I won’t every again! From misplacing my work order & having to call again to telling me the part would be in in 2 days then not hearing ANYTHING for 2 weeks to then getting billed 2 months later for what?!?! The invoice stated they found nothing wrong. Why would a part be ordered if they found nothing wrong?!?! My furnace completely stopped working after they looked at it & of course it was during our first cold snap so I had to borrow several space heaters to get by. I’ve heard nothing but poor experiences lately. Oh & when I called a different place, they found AND showed me 4 different things that weren’t working. A new furnace had to be installed. I’m very disgusted with my experience this time & won’t be calling again.

Just had them replace our furnace and air is coming yet. Only place that took extra time to give us a quote and answer questions. I felt like they cared about what they do and about us. Also had them fix our furnace in a rental. Professional all the way!

It was 10:30 pm when the furnace went out and there was a bad snow storm! I called 4 comp. and these guy's were the only ones that answered that night! The tech fixed it and our home was warm again within minutes!!!
